House Buyers of America is seeking a part-time Recruiter who will work 100% remotely. This role involves recruiting high-quality talent through various channels, managing search firms, and supporting corporate training and HR development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
• Preferred candidates will have at least one year of freelance or contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates directly through multiple means, including cold calling and networking.
• Screen all candidates through the HR system and maintain it daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
• Train all managers on how to network for recruitment.
• Assist with updating HR policies.
