Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Talent Operations Leader to own the recruiting technology stack, optimize workflows, and lead a small team across multiple countries. You will evaluate vendors, negotiate renewals, and drive automation with AI to improve efficiency and accuracy in hiring decisions.
You will collaborate with People Data to define metrics, build dashboards, and deliver clear insights to leadership. A remote US role includes equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years in Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Hands-on ATS expertise, preferably Greenhouse administrator.
- Experience with integrations, no-code automation, or AI tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting technology stack and tools end to end.
- Lead vendor evaluations, renewals, and negotiations with data-backed recommendations.
- Configure and optimize recruiting systems for usability and adoption.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work.
- Build and improve workflows in Greenhouse and GoodTime to reduce handoffs.
- Monitor developments in recruiting tech and AI for operational gains.
- Define metrics with People Data and develop dashboards for pipelines and time-to-fill.
- Create and automate routine reports and maintain ATS data.
