talkdesk2 is seeking an energetic leader to drive Talent Operations across the US and beyond, owning the TA tech stack and building scalable processes that accelerate hiring globally. You will lead a small global team, automate manual workflows, partner with Legal, People and IT on offers and contracts, and turn data into dashboards that illuminate pipeline health, time-to-fill and recruiter capacity.

Competenze

• 6+ years in talent or recruiting operations at a fast-growing tech company.
• Deep ATS experience, preferably Greenhouse admin configuring workflows.
• Strong automation and data mindset to remove manual work.
• Experience partnering with Legal, People, Finance and IT on hiring.

Mansioni

• Own the TA tech stack end to end, including integrations with Workday.
• Automate manual recruiting processes and build efficient workflows.
• Lead and develop the Talent Operations team across time zones.
• Define service levels and measure team performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve offers and contracts.
• Build dashboards with data to monitor pipeline health and time-to-fill.
