Jobgether is partnering with a United States-based company seeking a Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner to own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while shaping a connected candidate and employee journey. The role emphasizes using automation and AI responsibly with a focus on engaging candidate experiences and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience with ATS; Ashby a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to balance urgent hiring needs with structured assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Guide assessments, collect feedback, and drive decision making for offers.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely, personalized communication.
• Collaborate on compensation alignment and prepare/ discuss offers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and use data to improve processes.
• Refine workflows and interview scorecards; explore AI responsibly for sourcing/scheduling.
• Support employer branding through compelling postings and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and Day One experiences with People Ops.
• Support Week One/30-day check-ins and onboarding improvements.
• Contribute to employee experience and engagement initiatives.
