Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Talent Coordinator in the United States to oversee scheduling, communications, and onboarding for a streamlined recruitment experience. You will work with Recruiting, People Operations, and hiring managers across Sales, Product, Coaching, and Engineering to attract and welcome exceptional talent.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling, especially candidate stage management and offer workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace including Calendar and shared documents.
• Ability to manage 20+ active candidates and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates, interviewers, and managers.
• Strong confidentiality and judgment handling compensation details and sensitive information.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative to improve workflows.
• Comfort coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones; minimize delays.
• Coordinate balanced interview panels and distribute prep materials and scorecards.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates and reminders.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters; track signatures and approvals.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support reliable reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding with People Operations to ensure equipment and access is ready.
