Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a dynamic Talent Operations leader to own our recruiting tech stack, drive automation, and build scalable processes worldwide. You will lead a small global team, optimize workflows, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring across multiple countries.

A strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and partner collaboration is essential. You will manage offers, documentation, and onboarding handoffs while shaping hiring standards, tools, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent/ Recruiting operations or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company.
• Hands-on ATS experience, ideally Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations.
• Love of technology and automation to remove manual work.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets; dashboards in BI tools; SQL is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing offers and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of US employment law, pay transparency, and cross-country hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting tech stack end-to-end: Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, and their Workday integrations.
• Automate manual, repetitive work through automation, integrations, and AI.
• Lead workflows to reduce handoffs, errors, and turnaround time.
• Partner with data teams to define metrics and build dashboards (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offers, recruiter capacity).
• Lead, coach and develop Talent Operations Coordinators across time zones.
• Standardize recruiting processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Legal, People, Finance, and IT on offers, contracts, and approvals.
