Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a VP, People Operations to shape and scale a high-performing People organization within a tech environment. Based remotely in the United States, you will report to the Chief People Officer and drive strategy across HR operations, talent programs, analytics, and employee experience initiatives.

You will lead AI transformation, build executive partnerships, and oversee governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership across multiple HR disciplines.
• VP-level experience or equivalent leadership scope preferred.
• Demonstrated history of sustained tenure across roles over the past decade.
• Experience transforming People teams, operating models, and programs in high-growth tech companies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable People strategies and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead quarterly executive talent and organisational reviews with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leadership.
• Own the People Operations strategy, governance, and operating model.
• Champion AI adoption, automation, and upskilling to modernize processes.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from business case to measurement of results.
• Oversee HR operations, People systems, data governance, and compliance.
• Strengthen performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Advise leaders on employee relations and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Build a high-performing People team through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
