Qualifications

• Experience with international recruitment across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent acquisition and HR coordination for a remote, distributed org.
• Coordinate permanent, contractual, consultant, and contract-to-hire recruitment processes.
• Mentor recruiters and track KPIs like time-to-hire.
• Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted tools for workflows.
