Job summary

HMBL is hiring a Talent Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for candidates entering our recruiting pipeline. You will run structured virtual intake calls, capture key information in our CRM/ATS, and guide candidates through the next steps, ensuring a strong, professional first impression.

You’ll work remotely from the US, engage candidates daily, and collaborate with recruiters to optimize conversion and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, marketing or similar.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills – engage candidates effectively and professionally.
• Tech-savvy – proficient in sourcing tools, ATS, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong work ethic – meets deadlines and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls daily via Zoom or phone.
• Collect and record candidate data in our CRM/ATS accurately.
• Explain open opportunities and screen for qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Guide candidates through next steps and ensure smooth handoff to recruiters.
• Represent our organization professionally and enthusiastically on every call.
• Track daily metrics and continuously improve conversion and engagement rates.
