Hinge Health is seeking a Contract Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring to scale our talent acquisition engine. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct thoughtful interviews, and move qualified candidates quickly through the funnel with care.

In this hands-on role you’ll partner with hiring managers, run structured screens, manage ATS records, and help deliver an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience across multiple requisitions.

Competenze

• 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, with high-volume experience.
• Experience conducting structured screens and interviews.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and maintaining ATS records.

• Ramp quickly on recruiting processes and roles supported.
• Establish relationships with hiring managers and TA partners.
• Partner on high-volume requisitions and conduct recruiter screens.
