Job summary

Highspring seeks a temporary recruiter to rapidly integrate with the Talent Acquisition team, manage multiple searches and deliver a high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

This temporary, hourly role lasts approximately 6-8 months with remote work flexibility and preference for McLean office presence when needed. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams, building pipelines and guiding candidates through intake to offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with sourcing, screening and offers.
• Experience recruiting in corporate, professional services or search firm environments with multiple concurrent roles.
• Ability to identify and engage passive prospects across networks and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and service orientation.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently within processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and interview teams to understand role requirements and manage searches from intake to offer.
• Develop targeted sourcing plans using networks, referrals, social media, job boards and direct outreach.
• Source candidates, screen, and disposition applicants based on job requirements.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess experience, motivations, and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, offers and acceptance.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide accurate status reports.
