The Landline Company is growing rapidly and seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own frontline hiring as the company expands across North America. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for Airport Agents and drivers, while supporting salaried hires for station leadership and operations teams.

You’ll leverage ADP Workforce Now and Tenstreet, partner with station leaders, and drive events to build pipelines for new markets, ensuring compliant, high-quality hires on a tight timeline.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, focused on frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach with ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in a multi-state or multi-country environment.
• Experience supporting or running in-person hiring events, job fairs, or mass onboarding.
• Comfort in a fast-growing, sometimes ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of FAA and FMCSA hiring requirements, or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to improve outcomes.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable ATS; familiarity with Tenstreet, Slack, and Microsoft tools.
• Experience hiring in Canada, including Québec, is a plus; French language proficiency and HR certification are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents and drivers).
• Partner with station and Operations leaders to forecast staffing for existing and new markets.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Support salaried hiring as needed (station managers and operations leaders).
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local station teams.
• Guide candidates through recruiting to training and onboarding.
• Ensure hiring complies with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations (background checks, tests, driving records).
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ADP and related systems; suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting marketing materials to strengthen the Landline employer brand.
• Build relationships with job boards, community partners, and external agencies.
