Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a results-driven Recruiter (Temporary) to support high-volume, full‑cycle recruiting across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-volume recruiting, experience in healthcare, and is comfortable with AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, corporate, or operational environments.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• Remote position; travel to onsite client, temporary, or corporate locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across all stages of the hiring process.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, offering insights on labor markets, candidate trends, and sourcing strategy.
