Job summary

Fortified Health Security seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with people leaders to set expectations, prioritize roles, and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or significant recruiting experience.
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience.
• Healthcare and/or technology recruiting experience helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring teams and all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with people leaders to identify expectations and priorities.
• Lead recruitment activities including job fairs, conferences, on-campus events and partnerships.
• Interview and screen applicants, provide salary recommendations.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and networking to build pipelines.
• Coordinate with agencies and search firms when applicable.
• Partner with hiring managers on selection decisions.
• Oversee onboarding paperwork and new hire processes.
• Assist with projects as directed by EVP, People and Culture.
