Devoted Health is looking for a Contract Talent Partner to own full life-cycle recruiting across member services, sales, and clinical roles. The 4–6 month engagement requires speed, accuracy, and a candidate-first approach in a fast-growing setting.

You will source broadly, partner with hiring leaders, and apply AI tools to accelerate processes while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and cultural fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-growth, high-volume hiring.
• Healthcare, insurance, or clinical recruiting experience.
• Comfort with AI tools and LLMs in daily workflow.
• Contract recruiting background, corporate or agency.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse mix of roles.
• Source talent creatively to fill roles quickly.
• Partner with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Design compelling interview processes and assessments.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows.
