With a focus on proactive sourcing, diverse pipelines, and innovative strategies, you will improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience while guiding projects that enhance recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's strongly preferred.
• 2 years HR experience with a Bachelor's, or 4 years recruiting with HS/GED.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Identify and leverage diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and improve processes.
• Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects in a fast-paced environment.
