Alignment Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume roles, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

This fully remote role supports hiring managers nationwide, leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an ATS to build pipelines while ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and high-volume roles from intake to onboarding.
• Coordinate conversion of temporary staff to regular status and support internal transfers.
• Draft and post job advertisements and support hiring events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
