Job summary

CDP is seeking a full-time temporary Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (approx. 3 months) to lead end-to-end hiring.

You will partner with People Operations and hiring managers to build diverse candidate pipelines, drive equitable, data-driven processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a remote-first setting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong interviewing and assessment skills, and the ability to influence leaders while managing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in diverse fields.
• Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple searches with quality candidate experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and partner with managers.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and offer development.
• Maintain candidate communications for a high-quality experience.
• Manage ATS, data reporting, and recruiting analytics.
• Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities.
