Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support our corporate TA function across systems, workflows, and reporting. You will partner with TA leadership and recruiters to optimize processes, enhance data standards, and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You will administer ATS workflows, develop dashboards, coordinate access and implementation activities, and help drive efficiency in high-volume recruiting while supporting multi-state

Qualifications

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting ATS and developing operational reports.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; healthcare or multi-state experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Talent Acquisition systems and workflows, including requisition and offer approvals, job setup and posting, data maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and data standards to improve visibility into recruiting activity and outcomes.
• Support the corporate Talent Acquisition team’s use of ATS, sourcing, and recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn); manage access, vendor requests, and system issues.
• Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities and implement process and technology improvements, including training resources and automation tools.
• Provide coordination support: maintain resources, prepare communications, schedule interviews, and coordinate letters and documents.
