Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Sherman, TX is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to supervise and optimize our recruiting operations for clinicians serving medically complex children. This salaried role combines leadership, candidate throughput management, staffing coordination, and cross-functional partnership to staff qualified clinicians to meet client needs.

You will coach Clinical Recruiters and Recruiting Administrators, monitor team metrics, and drive timely placement while upholding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume operations experience.
• Prior team lead, coaching, or people leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Strong communication for coaching and accountability.
• Experience supporting candidate progression and onboarding preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting team execution by monitoring activity and priorities.
• Support Clinical Recruiters and Recruiting Administrators through onboarding and first shift placement.
• Coach recruiters on urgency, communication, and staffing outcomes.
• Partner with branch teams on staffing priorities and urgent needs.
• Monitor regional staffing needs and drive timely clinician placements.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Review team metrics and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent recruitment processes and documentation standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable team environment aligned with HALOS.
