AMSURG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs, craft sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines for current and future openings.

The role requires strong business acumen, consultative partnering, and experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems. A healthcare recruiting background is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPC) are a plus.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies to enhance sourcing and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers to establish strategies, profiles, and timelines.
Mentor junior recruiters and build robust candidate pipelines.
Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
