Job summary

Transformations Care Network is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the talent acquisition function. The role blends analytics, HR technology, and process improvement, with oversight of the TA Support team to oversee end-to-end pre-hire coordination, ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with recruiting systems, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology.
  • 2+ years leading recruiting or HR operations teams.
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare or growth environments preferred.

  • Improve processes, candidate experience, and TA operations.
  • Streamline hiring from posting to onboarding with a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead the TA Support team, enforce SLAs and compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Maintain and update SOPs to support operating consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee technology and workflow automation.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Optimize workflows using Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Recommend and implement tools that support recruiting efficiency.

The Talent Operations Manager ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the talent acquisition function. Key Responsibilities
  • Process improvement, candidate experience & operations
  • Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding while ensuring a positive, responsive candidate experience.
  • Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Maintain and update SOPs to support operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Technology & workflow automation
  • Serve as the primary administrator for applicant tracking and HRIS platforms.
  • Optimize and automate workflows using Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Recommend and implement tools that support recruiting efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and manage dashboards to track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and recruiter performance.
  • Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio to visualize hiring data.
  • Monitor data quality across recruiting systems.
  • Stakeholder Support & Training
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align hiring support with business needs.
  • Communicate updates and insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Train recruiters and TA Coordinators on tools and process improvements.
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance for recruiting tools and background check providers.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology.
  • 2+ years managing recruiting or HR operations teams.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multi-site, healthcare, or growth-oriented environments preferred.
