Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Administrator to support the hiring process for clinicians. This on-site role involves candidate communication, scheduling, data entry, and onboarding coordination to ensure a positive, timely experience.

You will work with Clinical Recruiters and branch operations to move candidates through onboarding and first shift readiness while maintaining high organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an office, administrative, customer service, scheduling, healthcare, recruiting support, or other fast-paced role.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette for high-volume candidate contact.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Outlook, MS Office, ATS, scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business/Healthcare Admin/Communications/Management/Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting process by assisting with candidate communication, follow-up, scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and other hiring-related appointments for prospective clinicians.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email to keep them engaged through the process.
• Partner with Clinical Recruiters to progress candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
• Assist with candidate sourcing and outreach via job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and notes in ATS and scheduling systems.
• Monitor candidate status and identify follow-up needs to reduce delays or drop-offs.
• Coordinate with branch teams and recruiting partners on interview, orientation, onboarding, and staffing priorities.
• Support a smooth candidate experience reflecting HALOS values.
• Manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and urgency.
