Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our global TA function. The role is remote and full-time, and will own operational transparency, systems, and AI-enabled recruiting technology across regions.

You will lead reporting, governance, and adoption of new tools, turning data into actionable insights for TA leadership. This position does not offer sponsorship and requires eligibility to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Ability to turn data into a clear performance story for senior leaders.
• Hands-on Workday (ATS) administration; Phenom experience preferred.
• Experience governing recruiting tech and vendor spend.
• Strong process design and change-management skills.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboard reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating across distributed or international teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, maintain and evolve TA reporting for leaders.
• Own TA metrics governance across regions and segments.
• Translate data into narrative to show changes and risks.
• Deliver automated dashboards and productionize tools for the function.
• Drive TA tech roadmap rollout and AI capability adoption.
• Lead recruiter enablement and change management for new tools.
• Track cost-avoidance and efficiency of AI-enabled recruiting.
• Serve as TA liaison to IT/HRIS for Workday/Phenom issues.
