Field of Talent is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. This remote-friendly, hybrid, full-time role supports fast, high-touch hiring across multiple industries.

You will manage interview calendars, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics while ensuring data accuracy in the ATS. You will influence recruitment operations, own process improvements, and deliver weekly performance metrics, with an emphasis on speed and quality in a modern RaaS

Qualifications

2+ years in recruiting coordination, staffing operations, or high-volume scheduling.
Experience managing ATS and administrative workflows.
Strong written communication with updates for candidates and managers.
Ability to coordinate multiple searches with same-day SLA.

Responsibilities

Drive interview calendar execution and prep notes to reduce no-shows.
Own candidate touchpoints from first outreach to offer acceptance, with rapid responses.
Maintain data integrity in ATS updates, stages, and notes for accuracy.
Assemble offer letters, coordinate reference checks, and guide onboarding logistics.
Monitor pipeline health and collaborate with recruiters to resolve blockers.
Track weekly metrics like time-to-slate and interview completion.
