Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to support recruiting through operational processes, ATS oversight, interview coordination, and preboarding activities in a fully remote role based near Virginia Beach.

You will collaborate with recruiting, sales, finance, marketing, and leadership to streamline workflows, generate reports, track metrics, and ensure data integrity while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, HR, or office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to recruiting and sales teams to boost efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain ATS/CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop reports, track hiring metrics, and distribute surveys.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
• Plan and coordinate hiring conferences and recruitment events.
• Schedule internal meetings and manage stakeholder engagements.
• Arrange travel logistics for internal teams and partners.
• Create job requisitions, post to boards, and coordinate intake scheduling.
• Streamline candidate experience through efficient application processes.
• Oversee preboarding activities, including offers and pre-employment screenings.
• Resolve system errors to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with recruiting, sales, finance, marketing, and leadership.
• Engage with candidates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
