Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting operation remotely. The role focuses on scheduling, candidate experience, and on-time onboarding coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years in TA coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with iCIMS and Microsoft 365. This is a contract role aligned to Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in talent acquisition coordination or recruiting coordination.
• Hands-on I-9 verification and employment eligibility document validation.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, assessments, and other recruiting-related meetings between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling while maintaining timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and conduct Form I-9 verification and employment eligibility document validation, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Support pre-employment screening activities, including background checks, employment verification, reference checks, and other required screenings.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, including initiating onboarding activities, distributing documentation, tracking completion of required paperwork, and helping ensure candidates are prepared for their start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and hiring information within iCIMS and other Talent Acquisition systems.
• Provide timely follow-up to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners regarding interview logistics, outstanding documentation, and next steps.
• Maintain organized recruiting records, shared documentation, and Talent Acquisition resources.
• Provide additional recruiting coordination and administrative support as needed.
