Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Attraction Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in a full-time, remote role with a preference for candidates in the St. Louis area.

You will support recruitment operations, coordinate interview logistics, and help build strong candidate pipelines for a health insurance client. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office experience, solid Excel skills, experience with data entry and reporting from HR systems, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years general office experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data entry, filing, and reporting from HR systems.
• Experience sourcing candidates and resumes.
• HR or recruiting experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
• Run candidate reports from HR systems.
• Enter candidate data into recruiting systems.
• Search job boards and platforms to build pipelines.
• Mine resumes and identify potential candidates.
• Support recruitment operations and admin tasks.
