Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote contractor role seated in the PST time zone. You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage ATS data, and audit candidate records.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring priorities, provide updates, and support relationship management with candidates and local recruiters. This position requires an AA or equivalent and strong scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Deep experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook with a large panel of attendees.
• Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) across multiple time zones and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate recruitment.
• Manage logistics for TA programs such as Employee Referral Programs and candidate reference checks.
• Oversee ATS administration, ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Conduct audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality.
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics for improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
