TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a large corporate recruiting team. This role focuses on high-volume interview scheduling, recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, personable, and comfortable managing frequent scheduling changes while coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in Talent Acquisition Coordination or related admin/support in a large corporate environment.
• 2+ years hands-on interview scheduling experience, at least 10 interviews per day.
• Experience supporting 3–4 recruiters simultaneously.
• Hands-on Outlook for calendar management and scheduling.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual interviews.
• Experience using Slack or similar chat for recruiter/hiring-manager communication.
• Experience with ATS (ICIMS a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling, coordinating at least 10 interviews per day across calendars.
• Support approximately 3–4 recruiters with interview logistics, calendar changes, and updates.
• Use Outlook and Zoom to coordinate calendars and virtual meetings.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens when needed.
• Assist with data gathering for compensation/benefits and with offer letters.
• Communicate interview updates via Slack with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Provide occasional early phone screens if highly experienced.
