CoreWeave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to support a fast-moving recruiting team, manage interview scheduling, candidate experience, and end-to-end logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.

This highly visible, candidate-facing role requires excellent organization, strong communication, and discretion as you partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to scale the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules for virtual and onsite interviews.
• Own end-to-end interview logistics and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects.
