Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations experience or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting recruiting in fast-paced environments and high-volume scheduling.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and logistics.
• Support interview travel coordination, expense processing, and large-scale events.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to manage workflows and postings.
• Oversee background checks, verifications, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and optimize data integrity within Workday, SharePoint, and dashboards.
• Support reporting, analytics, and data audits to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Document and improve TA processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide onboarding and training on TA systems to team members.
• Assist with agency/vendor contracts and related processes.
