Job summary

Talentoma is hiring a Talent Acquisition Representative in a fully remote role based in Washington, United States. The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment with a monthly pay range of $4,842 to $6,000 USD.

You will work on a talent acquisition team, coordinating with recruiters, hiring contacts, and candidates to move interviews forward efficiently. You’ll handle candidate inquiries, update profiles in Lever, and ensure clear communication of role details and process stages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or similar experience.
• Familiarity with candidate inquiry handling and interview logistics expected.
• Ability to learn Lever and follow steps for candidate activity updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor candidate inquiries arriving through email and Lever, identify requests and acknowledge messages.
• Review candidate profiles, resumes, and current stage information to ensure alignment with recruiter direction.
• Communicate role details, interview expectations, and updates to candidates professionally and consistently.
• Create and update candidate profiles in Lever, logging contact attempts, summaries, statuses, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate candidate and recruiter availability using Outlook, verifying details before confirmations.
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, access details, and next-step messages; address scheduling questions.
• Follow up on unanswered messages and incomplete scheduling details per response expectations.
• Route complex concerns to the assigned recruiter or team lead.
• Collaborate with recruiters to review interview needs and track actions using Google Sheets.
• Maintain orderly status updates and detailed notes for recruiters to take appropriate next actions.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate information, prompt turnaround, and respectful communication.
