Talentoma is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role based in Washington, United States. You will manage service requests, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate notes and timely updates.

The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and effective use of CRM and project-management tools. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and reliable service delivery from initial contact to resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting service coordination or customer-facing operations.
• Knowledge of service request lifecycles, prioritization methods, handoffs, and customer update practices.
• Familiarity with Kustomer and SugarCRM preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and spreadsheets and data entry tools such as Google Sheets preferred.
• Ability to organize multiple active requests and maintain follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States; fully remote work from a home-based desk.

Responsabilités

• Monitor a shared queue, inbound calls, emails, and service tickets; sort requests by urgency and action needed.
• Review customer questions for essential details and enter clear notes in a support platform.
• Coordinate service activities by routing requests to the appropriate representative or team lead.
• Track progress in a CRM and maintain status, ownership, and follow-up communications.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the team lead with background and actions taken.
• Update service trackers and prepare routine activity summaries using spreadsheets.
• Coordinate appointments and customer follow-ups through scheduling tools.
• Review completed requests for accuracy and share patterns for quality improvements.
