Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a remote Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will coordinate interviews, maintain timely candidate communication, and prepare offers in line with company policies.

This role requires Excel/Office proficiency, Zoom experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The position is fully remote in the United States, with 9:00am–6:00pm ET hours, and offers standard PTO and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 100% fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience as Recruiter, HR analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Teams preferred.
• Experience with Zoom.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri.
• Must have own computer/laptop (no equipment provided).

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition tasks, including data entry and reporting.
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups to meet staffing needs.
