Job summary

Belcan is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a fully remote, 12-month contract. Start date is immediate, with pay at $25.50 per hour on a W2 basis. The role focuses on recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate experience across time zones.

You will support day-to-day recruitment administration, partner with the TA team, and report to the TA Operations manager. This position emphasizes attention to detail, calendar management, and compliance with employment

Qualifications

• Education requirements: HS diploma with 8+ years or bachelor's with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred TA coordination and heavy calendaring experience (1–2 years).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with recruiters, hiring managers, and panels.
• Manage complex scheduling logistics including panel and executive calendars.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, providing updates and a high-touch experience.
• Arrange candidate travel and itineraries for onsite or final-stage interviews.
• Process and track candidate reimbursements per policy.
• Prepare interview agendas and evaluation materials for interview teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and update status accordingly.
• Identify scheduling workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-schedule.
• Track scheduling metrics and volume to support recruiting insights.
• Support additional TA administrative tasks as needed and ensure compliance with laws.
