Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an entry-level Talent Sourcer to join the recruiting team. This fully remote role from Georgia supports recruiters by researching candidates, building pipelines, and coordinating outreach across Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Calendly.

You will maintain accurate records, respond to candidates, and hand off qualified prospects to recruiters for review. A 40-hour work week is expected with standard daily scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in recruiting support and candidate pipelines.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review role requests, understand position and outreach needs.
• Search profiles and job boards to identify suitable candidates.
• Build candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and compare against requirements.
• Enter candidate data and status in Workday.
• Send introductory outreach and invite candidates to respond.
• Monitor replies and update candidate status accordingly.
• Coordinate scheduling for conversations using Calendly.
• Follow up on outreach while maintaining professional communication.
• Escalate unclear requirements or issues to recruiters.
• Prepare candidate lists and summaries for recruiter review.
• Maintain quality through accurate matching and timely updates.
