Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead sourcing and screening for technical and manufacturing roles. You will build talent pools, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across channels.

You will define go-to-market strategies, execute diverse outreach, and contribute to interview design and assessment processes while driving recruiter performance and campus recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategies and execute sourcing via multiple channels.
• Screen and manage candidates to ensure quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring teams to develop interview guides and competency assessments.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and campus activity.
• Produce performance metric reports and insights.
• May participate in on-site interviews.
