Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive high-quality engineering, technical and manufacturing recruitment. You will craft sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers to ensure a fair, efficient interview process.

You will conduct requisition validation, lead campus recruiting, and deliver recruitment metrics while representing our client professionally at events and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search, social media.
• Manage candidate flow through ATS including screening and dispositioning.
