Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to act as the operational engine behind its global TA function. The role blends data transparency, process ownership, and technology adoption to improve recruiting performance.

You will own reporting, dashboards, and TA metrics, while leading the rollout of AI-enabled recruiting tools and the optimization of Workday and Phenom platforms across regions. This is a full-time remote role with cross-regional impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Hands-on administration of Workday (ATS) required; Phenom (or comparable talent CRM) strongly preferred.
• Experience owning or optimizing recruiting technology and media spend.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboard/reporting build experience; comfort with people-data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, maintain and evolve TA reporting to support recruiting leads and TA/HR leadership.
• Define TA metrics and ensure consistency across regions and segments.
• Translate data into narratives to show what moves the needle and what is at risk.
• Deliver automated, standardized dashboards and productionize performance tools.
• Drive TA technology rollout and measure AI capabilities across TA.
• Lead recruiter enablement and change management for new tools and workflows.
• Partner with IT/HRIS on system issues and upgrades.
• Manage TA technology budget and cost-per-hire analysis.
• Design standardized TA workflows across regions and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and enablement to recruiters on systems and capabilities.
