Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our global TA function. You will own reporting, systems, and vendor infrastructure to keep the team running and informed. This hands-on role blends data insight with stakeholder storytelling.

You will lead AI and recruiting technology enablement, manage Workday/Phenom configurations, and drive adoption with process redesign. Remote, full-time, with sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Ability to turn data into a clear performance story for business leaders.
• Hands-on administration of Workday (ATS).
• Experience owning or optimizing recruiting technology and media spend.
• Strong process-design and change-management skills.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboard/reporting build experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational reporting and analytics to TA leadership.
• Govern TA metrics to ensure consistency across regions.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI and recruiting technology.
• Own Workday and Phenom configurations, integrations, and access.
• Manage TA technology budget and vendor renewals.
• Design standardized TA workflows with localization considerations.
• Train recruiters on systems, processes and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance on process changes affecting candidate experience.
