Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Manager, Systems Success based in the United States to connect centralized sales systems with local teams across venues. You will drive adoption of Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketing Cloud, and partner with leadership to align systems with revenue goals.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and ongoing guidance in a fast-paced remote environment, with a focus on improving system effectiveness and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue generation, systems enablement, or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics related to sales technology adoption and outcomes.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office to manage pipelines and generate reports.
• Previous experience supporting partner success, relationship management, or cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Share best practices across venues and help teams implement sales, service, marketing, and systems playbooks.
• Drive user adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, and Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with sales leadership to support execution and align systems usage with revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems and Data teams to identify issues and improve processes.
• Empower local teams to use centralized tools independently and reduce central support reliance.
• Provide enablement through training, documentation, and office hours.
