Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Community Strategy Enablement Manager (remote, U.S.-based). The role supports Customer Success and Sales, standardizing processes and tracking escalations in Salesforce to demonstrate program impact.

The candidate will enable internal teams with tools, insights, and playbooks to engage partners, resolve escalations, and drive adoption at scale, while collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, and Analytics to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, implementation, account management, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven approach to measure outcomes and improve processes.
• Experience documenting processes, playbooks, or SOPs and driving cross-team consistency.
• Experience using CRM or case management platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers and support escalation reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to align on onboarding and embed community processes.
• Drive retention and engagement across assigned accounts and partner with community organizations.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes for consistent escalation handling; lead weekly reviews.
• Track escalation metrics in Salesforce and monitor adoption, network health, and partner engagement.
