Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Manager, Systems Success to bridge core systems with venue operations across the U.S. You will help sales, service, and marketing teams adopt best practices and use systems effectively.

You will share best practices across venues, support user adoption for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, and other commercial workflows, and partner with the Director of Sales and Revenue Systems & Data Team to improve processes and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of revenue-generating or systems enablement experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Share best practices across venues and support user adoption for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, and other commercial workflows.
• Partner with the Director of Sales and Revenue Systems & Data Team to improve processes and accountability.
• Manage documentation and provide enablement, office hours, and follow-up support.
