Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities across multiple platforms (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Rexx, ksh, Perl).
• Experience with large-scale data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support – minimizes end user impacts during installation and testing of software, patches, and upgrades; documents activities.
• System Testing – coordinates testing for function, results, stability, performance and resource usage.
• System Enhancement – automates tasks and uses scripting to improve efficiency across platforms.
• Technical Expertise – maintains knowledge base; communicates technical information to teams and vendors; supports project tasks.
