Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of business systems analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Healthcare or health insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, Product Plan.

Aufgaben

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; liaise with stakeholders to understand domain requirements.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Apply business process and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate solution options.
• Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
• Analyze current processes to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Support testing and UAT activities and backlog planning.
