Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Experience in a software development environment utilizing Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, or reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance industry processes and systems.
• Experience with product development and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, and Product Plan.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders; act as a liaison between business and IT for new system implementations, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT partners, and delivery team members to identify, refine, and document requirements (epics, features, user stories, use cases, business rules).
• Apply business process analysis and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Premera systems, applications, and business processes within the domain.
• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiencies through technology.
• Use tools and data sources to perform data analysis, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
