Job summary

CAI is seeking a Systems Administrator to act as the primary technology liaison for three critical applications supporting facility management and supply chain operations. This remote, full-time role offers on-call rotation and a chance to modernize our infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows Server administration, SaaS application support, and vendor management, and must be eligible to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years IT systems administration or application support experience.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for EcoStructure, Interact Pro, and Oracle NetSuite.
• Manage Windows Server environments including patching, vulnerability remediation, and upgrade planning.
• Coordinate application upgrades and vendor activities with Schneider Electric, Combustion Services, Signify, Oracle ACS, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain SSL/TLS certificates and SSO integrations including Okta and OpenID Connect.
• Support EcoStructure cloud migration planning and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and BCDR procedures.
• Track and remediate security findings while ensuring compliance with enterprise InfoSec standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, desktop, and business teams to resolve operational issues.
