Job summary

CAI is seeking a Systems Administrator to lead Windows Server administration, SaaS support, and vendor management for three critical applications. This remote, full-time role supports facility management and supply chain operations across EcoStructure, Interact Pro, and Oracle NetSuite.

The position includes an on-call rotation and requires strong documentation, security, and stakeholder communication skills to ensure enterprise standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of IT systems administration or application support experience.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML, or similar SSO technologies.
• Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for EcoStructure, Interact Pro, and Oracle NetSuite.
• Manage Windows Server environments including patching, vulnerability remediation, and upgrade planning.
• Coordinate application upgrades and vendor activities with Schneider Electric, Combustion Services, Signify, Oracle ACS, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain SSL/TLS certificates and SSO integrations including Okta and OpenID Connect.
• Support EcoStructure cloud migration planning and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and BCDR procedures.
• Track and remediate security findings while ensuring compliance with enterprise InfoSec standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, desktop, and business teams to resolve operational issues.
