Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to advance our technology footprint. You will serve as the primary liaison for EcoStructure, Interact Pro, and NetSuite, with remote, full-time duties.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT systems administration or application support experience.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with SaaS applications and vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML or similar SSO.
• Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for key applications (EcoStructure, Interact Pro, NetSuite).
• Manage Windows Server environments with patching and upgrades.
• Coordinate upgrades and vendor activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain SSL/TLS certificates and SSO integrations.
• Support cloud migration planning and infrastructure modernization.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, documentation, and BCDR procedures.
• Track security findings and ensure compliance with InfoSec standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and business teams to resolve issues.
